Excellent food & service! This eclectic neat local spot was real jewel. A Friendly and very professional, perfectly attentive waitress was our server for this meal. All six of us were quite pleased with meals and between us, tries 4 entrees. The grilled Caesar Salad was neat and very tasty. I would sure recommend eating at this restaurant.

Older home sitting right on the street converted into a fusion style restaurant. We came for lunch and impressed by the menu. We were promptly greeted and got drink orders. We ordered our food but we noticed two other tables who came in and ordered food were served food before us. We were only three people and no special requests just ordered from the menu so don't know how they were served before us. Table service was minimal and needed to get their attention a couple of times. Not busy so not sure why service was sporadic. Food was delicious and really hit the spot. Just need to pay more attention to the service and how food is coming out when

We had the hot honey chicken tacos and the Korean BBQ bowl and the friend green tomatoes and everything was delicious! Food and service were fast and hot!

I have been eating at Fuego since it was a start up food truck and I have to say, I am so proud to see how far this place has come and their food has only gotten BETTER. The adobo nachos and their sticky pork bowls are my absolute favorite. Consistently delicious with great quality ingredients, and their seasonal rotating menu always has something exciting and new. The dishes are creative and the flavor profiles for each dish I've tried so far have been very well rounded and diverse. Their price point is pretty solid for most dishes- my favs are worth *every penny*.

We love Fuego! Great carefully crafted cuisine. A great menu that changes frequently. We loved the surf and turf lobster smash burger and nachos and brisket tacos! We'll definitely be back.

Friendly staff, the most awesome food! The owners are some of the best people. They change the menu every few months to keep it fresh. We have never had a bad bite. People ask me what my favorite thing is, and all I can say is, "whatever I'm eating today."

Very yummy! It was our first time and will definitely not be our last!! We had the tacos, quesadillas, and nacho appetizer. My husband said it was the best quesadilla he’s ever had. The ONLY thing that I wasn’t thrilled with is the Cole slaw. The atmosphere is great. You can tell a lot of love went into the restaurant’s atmosphere. This is our new place!

My husband and I came in this afternoon and had amazing delightful meals that had our tastebuds definitely coming back for some more as everything is made in house. The waitress Mo? was sweet, kind, and fun. We also had a chance to meet the awesome owner and made us feel welcome and she was a delight to speak with and humble. The restaurant has that "your coming home to a nice hot meal" atmosphere! Overall we definitely would recommend Fuego Modern American Cuisine and will be our go to every chance we get.
